Directions

  1. Broil salmon 7-10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and 1 tablespoons of butter in saucepan until melted.
  3. Add shallot, cook until softened (about 1 minute).
  4. Add wine. Cook 3 minutes.
  5. Wisk in Dijon, dill, salt and pepper.
  6. Add remaining butter to sauce.
  7. Pour desired amount of sauce over salmon and enjoy!
  8. (great with a side of cucumber!).
