- 2 granny smith apples
- 1⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 tablespoon cocoa
- 1⁄4 cup soymilk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2⁄3 cup raw sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- cut up apples into small peices.
- mix all ingredients together in mixer.
- spray cooking pan with nonstick spray, and set stove on medium heat.
- use a ice cream scooper for evenly portioned pancakes.

I LOVE eating healthy and finding tons of new healthy recipes that I can whip up for my family. I've been doing WeightWatchers for the past year and a half and it has been one of the greatest things I've ever commited to.
