directions

  • marinate the beef with all the ingredients given under heading"marinade" and keep refrigerated for 24 hours.
  • remove from fridge and dip each steak in flour.
  • in a bowl mix all the ingredients under heading"dip" and keep aside.
  • in another bowl mix all the ingredients written under"coat" and keep aside.
  • dip the steaks one by one into the"dip" and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • deep fry them till nice and brown.
  • the steak can be coated and preserved for up to 2 days in the fridge.
  • but place plastic sheet between each steak to prevent from sticking to each other.
