Directions

  1. Cook and drain sausage.
  2. Beat eggs with fork.
  3. Combine all ingredients and pour in pie crust.
  4. Add top pie crust.
  5. Cut small hole (1 1/2" diameter) in top of pie and 5 slits around top crust.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
  7. Let stand minute before cutting.
