Great flavor. I had to cook it longer than called for, though - after 2 1/2hrs. it still wasn't very tender - could've gone longer. But, it was easy to prepare - I had all the ingredients on hand. I didn't have big carrots so I tossed in a couple handfuls of peeled baby carrots from a bag, and I quartered a medium onion and added it. Next time I'll try a different cut of meat; this time I used a boneless shoulder roast (or maybe it's just my oven!). Anyway, this is a keeper - DH loved the flavor. Will make again.
