  1. Made for Spring PAC 2013 - For 2 of us, my orig intent was to halve this recipe .. BUT I try not to halve 1 egg & I decided another reviewer had the right idea. I made a full recipe of these tasty meatballs (as written using the stove-top method), we dined on some of them as part of an appy nite & then I froze the rest for another time when I need something quick (or easy) to serve. These meatballs are cook-friendly to prepare, ingredient-friendly & best of all very taste-friendly. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us. My bet is I'll be asked so share it too when we use our supply from the freezer. :)

  2. Everyone loved these. I cooked them on the stove as directed and then froze them for an upcoming party. I took them out of the freezer the day before and thawed them in the fridge and then warmed them in the crockpot. What an easy crowd pleasing recipe. Thank you for posting.

  3. I made this with some mild Italian sausage & the resulting meat balls made for REALLY GOOD eating! A nice change for me from those with ground beef! I served these over rice, & that was nice, but another time I want to make them as appetizers! Thanks for sharing your recipe! 4. These are nice and tasty little meatballs, we loved them and both my girls gobbled them down. I didn't have any stuffing mix so used your Recipe #91610 and it worked really well together. The panko being lovely and light and the ginger complimenting the pork sausage nicely. I doubled the recipe to freeze half.

  5. This was excellant Nimz, I served it with coconut rice and peas. The meatballs were perfect, small, hot and spicy, tender and juicy. The sauce was tart, tangy, sweet and spicy. Very quick and easy to make. A very comforting dinner.

I was one of the original members of Recipezaar that was truly a community of individuals that enjoyed each other in forums and chat rooms. I've been a member of this site since 2003. Made some tremendous friends that I still think of often. I'll continue coming here because my recipes are here and so many more that I tried over the years as a member. It's just a tad boring now and just another recipe site like all the rest. Sad.
