Savoury Mince or Meatloaf

"This is easy to adapt for whatever you have - it came out of me being too sick to go shopping! A food processor is great for mixing and grating, and my kids LOVED it. Good ingredients to beat flu (all measurements are approximate, due to what I had in the fridge!)"

RECIPE SUBMITTED BY

Hi! I found this site looking for new recipes to cook for my family. I have two wonderful children, a girl and a boy. We all have food allergies, so I try to find recipes that I can adapt into wheat, dairy and sugar free. I love trying to do this, it is so much fun finding new things to cook and experimenting with food is becoming somewhat of an addiction for me, though my time is otherwise occupied! My daughter loves to help me cook so I also try to get ideas where she can help. She loves stirring cookie dough which is good because I love eating the cookies!! If you would like to contact me my email is classic_harp@yahoo.com see you there!!
