"I just made this for the first time last night, and my family raved! It's not the easiest thing to make, but not too difficult (just time consuming to slice potatoes, but oh so worth it). This recipe is from the Southern Living Cookbook."

I am married to the love of my life. We have been married for over 12 years. I am a stay-at-home mom to 2 wonderful children. I am a marketing executive for an amazing wellness company with a 23+ year track record for excellence, and no debt to it's name. I also babysit my niece and a friend's girls. My hubby and I have started using a 2 week meal plan. It helps tremendously with adding variety to our meals, the grocery bill, and saving me time. I love that recipezaar.com is available for when I need to try something new, which I try to do at least once a month.
