Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 quart canned tomato (home canned is good)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 12 cups dried bread, cubes
  • 6 slices bacon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except bacon) together and pour into a 1&1/2 quart baking dish.
  2. Lay bacon strips over top.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
