2 lbs of salts

ingredients

  • 2 lbs epsom salts
  • 12 teaspoon fragrance oil (lavender and chamomile are very soothing)
  • 2 -3 drops food coloring

directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • All ingredient amounts can be changed to suit your tastes.
  • If the color or the scent is too strong, you can add more salts to even it out.
  • Add a few Tbs to your next bath.

  4. This is so easy to make and so much healthier to use than the bath salts you buy in the store. The whole house smelled fragrant the day I made them and the day I bottled them!!!

My family is usually scared to ask what's for dinner as it probably will be something we have never had before and none of us know if we will like it. I have a family full of picky eaters, but I always make them at least try something before deciding if they like it or not!
