Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter; 1 cup sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1 egg; 2 cups flour; 2 cups finely chopped hazelnuts; 1 tablespoon baking powder

ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 cups finely chopped hazelnuts
1 tablespoon baking powder

directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and egg.
In a seperate bowl mix flour, hazelnuts and baking powder together.
Add to butter mixture.
Roll dough into a 1 inch roll.
Cut into 1/4 inch thickness.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

Hi there. :) What a great site! I am 36 and have been married 15 years. I'm a stay at home mom with two busy children who are like night and day. One eats everything and the other is extremely picky.
