  1. Oh Rita you did it again!!! I knew when I was looking for a seafood pasta and saw your name I had to try it. This is just unreal. I can't believe how awesome it is. Who knew.... nutmeg and seafood? I followed it to a T because it was by you and I wouldn't change a thing. Will you just make a cookbook already? I want a compilation of all your stuff bound in one book! Thanks!!!!

  2. Awesome!!!! I used a bit more olive oil, but it was great!

  3. If you are looking for taste, don't make this dish. I followed the directions to a "T" and it came out fine but there is no WOW factor here. I even added crab. The issue: the sauce is lacking. You can't make a great tasting dish with 2 cups of milk, some flour, and a dash of old bay and nutmeg. You would do better to just mix up some butter with some scampi seasoning for this dish. But, if you are in your 70s or have teenage boys who like things bland, GO FOR IT!

  4. Very, very good. I had about a cup of leftover lobster meat to use up. I bought a pound of frozen jumbo shrimp to add to it. I subbed a pound of asparagus for the snap peas. I cut the asparagus into 2" lengths and sautéed it with the onion. Made everything else as stated in the recipe. Had about 12 oz of thin spaghetti which I used for the pasta. Will make this again.

  5. I wasn't super happy when my son chose this recipe for fix for supper. I'm not a fan of Old Bay. I'm glad I let him though because we really liked the dish a lot! He used all shrimp since his sister doesn't like crab and I wasn't paying for lobster. Ha ha! My husband was late getting home so the finished dish had sat a little bit and absorbed all the sauce. We mixed up a second batch of sauce really quick and that helped moisten everything up again. We served it with salads and garlic toast. Thanks for sharing!!
