ingredients

  • 2 cans condensed chicken broth with garlic & herbs or 2 cans vegetable broth with onions
  • 1 cup white rice

directions

  • In saucepan, bring condensed broth to boil.
  • Stir in rice.
  • Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  • Fluff and serve.

  2. Very easy to make..I also added a teaspoon of butter and half a teaspoon each of ground cumin powder and black pepper powder. That really made the rice fragrant as well. Recommed trying this with Spicy Raita or any Indian pickle. Mini
