Directions

  1. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and lemon pepper over chicken breasts.
  2. Pour cooking oil into saute pan, sauted chicken breasts until cooked through.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  4. In mixing bowl, whisk together softened peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, hot sauce and ginger.
  5. Mix veggies (except lettuce) into soy sauce mixture.
  6. Slice chicken breasts and stir into veggie mix until well coated.
  7. Spoon into lettuce leaves, sprinkle sesame seeds over top, roll and enjoy!
  8. Can substitute 2 lbs.
