Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  4. Add sugar a bit at a time while beating.
  5. Blend rest of ingredients into egg whites.
  6. Spread mixture into lined cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes and then turn down oven to 275 and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Cool.
  9. Spread on Cool Whip and layer with fresh fruit and canned fruit like pineapple, mandrin oranges, star fruit, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, any fruit that does not brown.
  10. Slice and serve for dessert.
  11. Light and fresh!
