- 1 cup butter
- 2 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 3 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs.
- Dissolve the soda into the sour cream, then add to mixture.
- Add bananas, flour, salt and vanilla.
- Spread into a large cookie pan (large sysco one, with 1" deep sides).
- Bake for 35-45 minutes.
