  1. We like to call this dish "Corn Casserole" I used about 3 cans of corn, 1 pkg of cream cheese, 2 4 oz cans of green chiles. I mixed everything together on the stove and it turned out perfect. Nice side dish:)
     
  2. Prepared with shoepeg corn, jalepeno's as I didn't have any green chilis & the cream cheese - very tasty and spicy - if you like it spicy try the jalepeno's:)
     
  3. I prepared with canned cream corn. I sent one dish to a cookout that I wasn't able to attend at the last minute. It was so good that I whipped up another batch just for myself and a friend. My friend gave a 5 stars as well. The second time I made this I used frozen cream corn and used less green chilies and more cream cheese. I think it's best to use the recommended ingredient amounts. WalMart was out of shoepeg corn but I can't wait to try this recipe a third time with the shoepeg corn. Thanks for posting!
