  1. In a large skillet,cook and stir celery,mushrooms,soy sauce,ginger and pepper until celery is tendar,about 5 min.
  2. Mix cornstach with water.
  3. Stir cornstarch mixture and broth into celery and mushrooms.
  4. Cook stirring frequently until mixture thickens.
  5. Stir in shrimp,heat through.
  6. Spoon each serving over 1/2 cup rice.
