  • In medium bowl, combine shrimp, taco seasoning, garlic and 2 T. lime juice; toss to coat.
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add shrimp mixture; cook and stir 2 to 4 minutes or until shrimps turn pink.
  • Remove shrimp from skillet; place on plate.
  • cook remaining juices in skillet for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Return shrimp and coat with juices.
  • Remove from heat.
  • In small bowl, toss avocado with remaining lime juice.
  • Spoon shrimp mixture into taco shells.
  • Top with lettuce, avocado and tomato.
  • Serve with salsa.

  1. I asked the person who said they marinated the shrimp for 20 minutes before cooking the shrimp for the "shrimp taco recipe" what marinade they used to marinate the shrimp? where do I go to see their response? Or, who can give me this information?

  5. These shrimp were really good. We doubled the shrimp and sort of doubled the sauce (not adding 4 tbsp. of taco seasoning). These had good taste, were fast to prepare on a weeknight, and were enjoyed by all.

<p>Hello! I am in Nebraska with three of my four children and a husband of 20 yrs.(the fourth child is in the Army stationed at Fort Bragg) I get to be a stay home mom and LOVE it.(which gives me time to look for new recipes...LOL) We like to camp, play sports,watching movies and lots more.
