  1. This recipe is so simple and very delicious! I substituted 3 teaspoon of baking powder because I did not have baking soda. I substituted 4 egg whites for the 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of applesauce for the 1/2 cup of oil and I took Boomette's advice and sub 1/3 cup of splenda for the 2/3 cup sugar. I made muffins instead and they were so moist and the smell was wonderful! I will definitely be making this again!

  2. I used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil. And I used only 1/3 cup of Splenda. This taste great and the smell was amazing. My MIL really likes it. Because it's not oily and sweet. Thanks Sam. Made for Please Review My Recipe.
