"A quick and easy cheese sauce, with a little zip, that my family enjoys on broccoli. Adapted from a recipe posted on the soup can. Wouldn't be bad as a warm dip for tortilla chips."

1 can campbells fiesta cheese soup
¹⁄₂ cup salsa
¹⁄₄ cup milk

directions

Combine the ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat.
Thin with more milk to reach your desired consistency.

I'm a slightly "over-50" guy living with my wife and 2 kids in Columbus Ohio. I have been a picky eater for as long as I can remember. I'm trying to improve my cooking skills more or less in self defense. It's a control thing ... if I make it and I don't like it, I can whine and complain to myself :-)!
