  • 3 jalapenos, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

directions

  • Slice the garlic and the jalapenos and toss them into the blender, blend until chopped fine.
  • Add cans of tomatoes, with juice, pulse until blended.
  • Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.

  2. Easiest salsa I've ever made. It is so nice to have a break from chopping vegetables! I liked this recipe. It reminds me of the salsa that Mexican restaurants serve with chips as an appetizer. Added some fresh cilantro for a little zing!
     
  3. I had some fresh tomatoes to use up so used them. This was so easy and so delicious! I used yellow and red tomatoes. Thanks! I served with chili poblanos and sour cream.
