  1. This was fabulous. I had no idea how to cook steak and needed something easy and quick, and this was just the recipe! I used 1/4 tsp garlic powder instead of the garlic clove. I served it over egg noodles and my husband and I devoured it. Mmm!! We'll be using this recipe again.

  2. Delicious! I made this the first time I ever cooked for my boyfriend...very simple, and he raved about it the rest of the night!

  3. We loved this steak...just the right blend of seasonings.

  4. I loved this. I was desperate for a steak recipe that was easy and not full of ingredients. This fit the bill perfectly. My sister can't wait for me to make it again (because I made only enough for myself this time), from the one bite she tried. Excellent job.

I live in Western New York, on Lake Ontario. Great cultural, food, and touring area. For fun, we go "wandering" to the Finger Lakes area for lunch and "junk hunts". I retired after 15 years as a travel agent, but I'm very busy with family and friends. Favorite cookbook: 'American Century' by Jean Anderson. Great reference book! I love to read cookbooks, and can't pass up a chance to get "just one more". I now work part time for the Canadian American Transportation System, also known as the "Fast Ferry", or "The Breeze" that goes between Rochester NY and Toronto. It's a gorgeous ship, and a cool job!
