  • Peel and dice potatoes.
  • Boil until just soft.
  • add WARMED buttermilk, orange juice and zest, salt and nutmeg.
  • Mash to desired consistency, mixing all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Serve with a dollop of butter, if desired.
