- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons honey
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
directions
- In a jar, add all ingredient and mix well. Shake again just before serving.
