  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick skillet on medium-low.
  2. Add spinach and saute, turning frequently, until wilted.
  3. Put spinach onto a plate to cool.
  4. Add chick peas, eggs, and seasonings to a food processor and pulse until combined.
  5. Add cooled spinach and process until spinach is incorporated.
  6. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl, then add carrot and wheat bran and stir to combine.
  7. Shape mixture into 4 patties - they will be very mushy, but they will crisp up when cooking.
  8. Heat 2 tbsp oil (or canola spray) on medium-high in a nonstick skillet.
  9. Add patties and cook about 5 minutes per side.
  10. Serve on a bun with a little ranch dressing, or however you like!
