  1. When do you add the veal cutlets back into the skillet?

  2. This was a wonderful quick meal. I used prepared breaded veal cutlets, just browned them before sautéing the onion and garlic, which made it even faster. Added a 12 oz. can of Italian diced tomatoes to my spaghetti sauce. We like lots of sauce for the whole wheat pasta. Used 8 oz. of whole wheat pasta and had two delicious meals. This is a keeper for a quick work night Italian dinner.

  4. This is wonderful. I prepared it according to the recipe and served with zuchini and garlic bread. Since we are on a low-carb regime it filled the bill and tasted so good. My husband even said to save the recipe so we can use it for our regular spaghetti sauce.

Had a stroke 1 year ago but it's not stopping me. My second love is camping.
