  • Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.
  • Add bell pepper, onion, and pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened. (about 5 mins).
  • Add the turkey and cook over medium high heat until turkey is cooked through.
  • Stir in the pizza sauce and worcestershire sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Lightly grease baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Divide the dough into quarters.
  • Roll out and stretch each piece into an 8 inch round.
  • Place the rounds on the baking sheet, with about 1/3 hanging over the edges.
  • Mound a packed cup of the turkey mixture onto each round leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Fold dough over the filling and crimp the edges together to seal.
  • Cut a small vent in the top of each pocket for ventilation.
  • Bake until puffed and golden (about 15-20 mins).
