Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 (2 lb) package frozen hash browns
  • 1 lb cooked and cut up bacon, ham (or a mix of them) or 1 lb sausage (or a mix of them)
  • 12 cup diced onion (of course I used more.also used green peppers)
  • 34 lb shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper, and other seasonings to taste


  1. Directions.
  2. Step One.
  3. Spray 6 quart slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  4. Step Two.
  5. Put ½ of the hashbrowns, meat, and onion mixture. Sprinkle on half the cheese. Repeat.
  6. Step Three.
  7. Mix together eggs, milk, sour cream and seasonings. Pour this mixture over the top of ingredients in slow cooker.
  8. Step Four.
  9. Cook on low for eight hours.
