ingredients
- 1⁄2 medium diced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 lbs lean beef
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 jalapenos (optional)
directions
- Add all ingredients in to the slowcooker.
- Cook on low for about 4-5 hours or 2-3 hours on high.
- Too with your favorite topping and enjoy!
