This is very tasty! I made it to use as a sandwich spread and it worked nicely. Used an 8 oz block of cream cheese and a 7 oz pouch (the stuff you don't have to drain) of salmon. Used about 1/2 tsp homegrown, dried dill. Right after mixing, the smoke flavor was a little strong but after chilling overnight it mellowed out and the dill came through stronger. I'm a happily married father of four. I love to cook for my family as much as I can. But is hard when you have a wife that cooks as much as mine. Some of you might know her as The Recipe Fairy. It is also hard for me being a law enforcement officer. But when I get the chance I enjoy myself for I am cooking for my love ones.
