  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter a 9 inch square baking pan.
  3. In a heavy saucepan over low heat melt the unsweetened chocolate and butter together, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in salt.
  6. Stir in sugar and eggs-mix well.
  7. Stir in vanilla.
  8. Slowly stir in flour.
  9. Spread into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove.
  12. Meanwhile mix together the graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  13. Top the hot"cake" with the topping pressing down lightly and place back in the oven for about 3-3 minutes.
  14. Remove and let cool on a wire rack.
  15. When cool cut into 16 large bars or 32 small ones.
