ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla flavored non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
- 1⁄2 cup baking cocoa
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Combine ingredients; store in an airtight container.
- To mix, use 4 large heaping teaspoonsfull per 6-8 oz. of boiling water.

This coffee mix smells and tastes like snickerdoodles! I didnt have allspice on hand so I substituted nutmeg and gave an extra sprinkle of cinnamon. A wonderful morning treat!
