  1. This was super easy and really tasty. DH and a neighber who came over for dinner thought it was great. The filling was a little loose, so next time I will put it in the freezer to make it firmer. But I'll make it again, for sure!
     
  2. DH requested this recipe after coming home from a business trip in Idaho. Not knowing what the pie looked or tasted like (men!!) I tried this one. PERFECT!! Very quick, only had to buy the lemons, everything else was already in the pantry. Will try freezing it a bit next time....
     
  3. Delicious! This is a great sweet treat for family, company or in my case, MYSELF! VERY easy and quick too! I too put it in the freezer for a bit.
     
  4. i made this for one of my mother's barbeques. everyone loved it! the only thing is you have to freeze it for a few hours if you don't want it to turn liquidy. but it was still delicious!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
