“I've had fun experimenting with baking sourdough the past couple months, mostly using the oven, I finally found a good one for my bread machine. It's from my favorite bread machine book again, Electric Bread 2nd Edition. This recipe requires some advanced prep because it uses a sourdough starter, I don't have a recommendation for a starter as of yet. Starter should be loaded into the machine when it is peaking, which means it will be frothy, bubbly, and foamy. This is for a 1.5 pound loaf. Cook time depends on your machine.”
