  • Cut hardboiled eggs crosswise and remove the yolks to a medium sized bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with back of a fork and add mustard, mayonnaise, pickles, juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Place back into egg halves and serve chilled.
