  • 1 12 lbs beef top sirloin steaks, cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 18 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 12 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 12 cup picante sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaf
  • 12 ounces hot cooked fettuccine (optional)

directions

  • In a large skillet, stir-fry the beef, onion, red pepper strips, taco seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili powder in oil until meat is no longer pink.
  • Stir in the beans, corn, picante sauce, and cilantro, and heat through.
  • Serve with fettuccine if desired.

I just completed remodeling my entire house, and am very active at volunteering at my childrens schools.<br />Rating System <br />5 stars- Outstanding (4 out 4 ) in family enjoyed. <br />4 stars - Very good (3 out of 4) in family enjoyed. Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
