250 g spaghetti
5 tablespoons olive oil
500 g minced meat (pork)
2 basil leaves
garlic
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
3 teaspoons sugar

Mass for our meatballs
500 g minced meat (pork)
garlic, finely (2 cloves)
parsley
salt and pepper (1 pinch)

directions

bowl of water placed on a medium strong fire, when the water boils, add salt tip (real Italians do not give the oil in boiling water). Add the spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes or to al dente.
In the pan put oil and our meatballs bake them for 4 minutes on each side. Once baked, add the tomato sauce cook for 15-20 minutes to simmer.
