- 1 lb cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- your favorite pasta sauce
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
directions
- coat medium sized skillet with oil and turn heat on high.
- once pan is hot, place mushrooms on pan and adjust heat as needed.
- After a minute add oregano.
- continue cooking for four minutes.
- Toss with spaghetti and sauce and serve immediately.
