  1. Good, good, good. My husband thinks he does not like cottage cheese, yet I sneak it into meals all of the time. This was another example of a dish he loved that contained cottage cheese. We ate it all up!

  2. I really do not like to cook. Very rarely do things "taste good" when I cook. I'm a very lucky woman because my husband does like to cook. So I know we won't starve. But I did it! I actually made something that tastes great and was really easy. That's another issue is that I lose interest so it has to be easy and quick! Yummy stuff.

  3. Great recipe I add spices and extra cheese my family thought it was great way to use leftover spagetti

  4. This was very good and was exactly what I was looking for in a spaghetti pie! I made two of these and we had no problem finishing them off in 2 meals. (there are 3 of us) I really enjoy the taste of the fennel seed also.

  5. We enjoyed this recipe. I used about 3/4 lb. ground beef, used a red pepper instead of green, used an 8 oz. can hot and spicy pizza sauce instead of tomato sauce. Put it in a 10 inch pie plate. Put mozzarella cheese slices on top. Will make it again.

  2. This was great. It will become a family staple. Used italian spices instead of the fennel and it worked just fine. Have found it is easier to double the recipe and make two pies, so you use one can of sauce, one pound of beef, one onion, one green pepper, etc.

  3. Substituted ground sausage for beef; ricotta for cottage cheese; didn't use fennel. Delicious!
