- 1⁄2 lb green beans
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried rosemary
directions
- Cook beans until tender. Drain and set aside. Saute onion and pepper in oil until soft. Add tomatoes and spices. Stir in beans. Heat through.
