ingredients
- 1 (1 1/3 ounce) box jell-o sugar-free raspberry gelatin
- 1 cup diet Sprite
- 1 cup boiling water
directions
- Stir boiling water into Jello until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup Sprite
- Refridgerate at least 2 hours.

I've been using this recipe for quite a while now- can't believe I've never rated it. My family likes it with any flavor of sugar-free jello. This makes plain jello a little more special- in fact, I can't remember the last time I made plain jello since discovering this little trick. Thanks for sharing! :)

I made this using sugar-free cranberry Jell-O and Canada Dry diet cranberry ginger-ale, which you can only find around the holidays. This was a great combination. I have a few more in mind that I can't wait to try. I would suggest adding to Step 2 "Do not stir" so you keep the bubbles. Made for Alphabet Soup Game. Thank you for posting a great diabetic recipe!

I love to bake, especially when I can try different flavors and unusual combinatins. Someday I'd love to own a bakery, but for now I'm still just experimenting.
