Special Baked Chicken
"This is VERY good! It is best with corn flake crumbs, but it is good however you do it."

ingredients
- 1 fryer (cut up)
- 3⁄4 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
directions
- Brush with Miracle Whip.
- Combine crumbs, cheese and seasoning.
- Coat chicken with this mixture.
- Place in an 11 3/4x7 1/2 inch pan or dish.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or till done and juices run clear.
- May use other crumbs such as crushed potato chips, crackers, etc.

This chicken was a little bit sweet. In reality I'd give it 3.5 stars. It was very moist and put you in the mind of fried chicken, if it weren't for the sweetness and the slippery crust. We prefer our chicken spicy, but I wanted to try something new tonight. It was still a satisfying and affordable meal with mashed potatoes and spinach. I dont think I'd make this again, unless I was running low on ingredients. -
Great Recipe! We used thin boneless breasts and mayo! instead of miracle whip. Fast and easy! -
This is a very quick recipe to prepare. My husband and I loved it and will definitely be making it again! I also loved that it's a recipe that I usually have all the ingredients on hand! thanks!

I would like to let you all know that I am no longer able to review your recipes that I have tried. since they changed the site around webtv does not supprt zaars new site.I have a webtv not a computer and webtv does not support the new recipezaar site.

My pet peeve is telemarketers,Every time I get busy with my recipe hobby one of them will call and knock me off the web,and of coarse I waste precious time getting back on.I am disabled,so I no longer work,and have plenty of time to pursue my hobby.
My best dish I make is Lasagna but thats just because I love lasagna.I am also asked to bring No-Bake cookies at all of our potlucks, and linger-longers at church.Meat loaf is another often requested dish I am asked to bring...... NOT MY meatloaf but .... My husbands.
