  • Simmer broccoli covered in inch of water for 5 minutes, until tender.
  • Drain broccoli and return skillet to heat.
  • Heat skillet over high heat.
  • Add oil, crushed pepper, and garlic.
  • Turn broccoli in hot spicy oil and season with salt.
