  1. These were ok for me, DH like them a bit more. The cinnamon was a bit too forward (this surprised me because usually love lots of cinnamon) and I would be tempted to try them with about half the amount. I also found the last ones I cooked to be gummier though I cooked them all batches the same on the electric griddle. I think if I made them again I use part whole wheat flour which might go with the cinnamon a little more for my tastes. Made for PRMRT

  2. These are heavenly. I love a yeast pancake and the addition of cinnamon and nutmeg takes these to a new level. An incredibly warming and welcome addition to our Sunday morning breakfast table.

  3. My seven-year-old's review: "I love these pancakes - I want to marry them!" That about says it all, I think. :) Other family members were not willing to go to the altar with the pancakes, but they enjoyed them very much. We served them with strawberries and blackberries and maple syrup. Thanks for posting!

  4. We thoroughly enjoyed these for brunch today with toni gifford's Bananas Ghana Recipe #134996 - made with bananas and mangoes - and a generous dollop of Greek yoghurt. A light and flavoursome pancake. Loved the cinnamon and nutmeg in these. Thank you, dienia: I'll certainly make these again.

  5. Lovely! We really enjoyed this recipe - it was especially good with spiced applesauce on top. Definitely a keeper.
