  • Beat eggs until fluffy, the add sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Blend in cornstarch and beat until smooth.
  • Pour mixture over anchovies and stir until completely coated.
  • Deep-fry until crisp and golden brown.
  • Cool before serving.
