Spinach Rolls

"These appetizers are very easy to make, yet always get rave reviews. It is a combination of the ranch dressing mix and bacon bits that makes them exciting. Make sure that you are using the real bacon, and not the hard bacon bits."

  1. The spinach rolls were extremely tasty. When I usually eat spinach, it's just a spinach taste(Go figure!). But these rolls have a spinach taste mixed with ranch and bacon. A great combination. And they're real easy to make. I absolutely loved them!

  2. thanks, i was looking for a simple recipe for spinach rolls! i love 'em! :)

  3. Easy recipe that gets great reviews! I'm always asked for the recipe when I bring this dish. There is never one piece left on the plate. Sometimes I use cream cheese instead of sour cream. I also use different types of tortillas- Sun dried Tomato, spinach, etc. All the colors make a great presentation. You just can't go wrong with this appetizer.

  4. Yummy! Made these for a baby shower and everyone loved them. I would like to try them with a flavored wrap next time.

  5. Thank you for posting! I had shared my faded newspaper printed copy of this recipe years ago when this site was still called RecipeZaar, but it never got transported over to the new home. This is my family’s favorite appetizer, hands down. Everyone who’s ever tried them loves them. My boys, when they were teens, used to eat the uncut rolls like a burrito! Lol The copy I had also suggested substituting in a drained can of baby shrimp instead of using the bacon. One of these days I need to try that….
