- 1 package big flour tortilla (Burrito size)
- 1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 1 (3 ounce) jar hormel real bacon bits
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 (10 ounce) packages chopped frozen spinach
directions
- Defrost spinach and squeeze out water.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread on tortillas to about 1/2" from edge.
- Roll.
- Refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours.
- Cut into 1"inch pieces.

Easy recipe that gets great reviews! I'm always asked for the recipe when I bring this dish. There is never one piece left on the plate. Sometimes I use cream cheese instead of sour cream. I also use different types of tortillas- Sun dried Tomato, spinach, etc. All the colors make a great presentation. You just can't go wrong with this appetizer.

Thank you for posting! I had shared my faded newspaper printed copy of this recipe years ago when this site was still called RecipeZaar, but it never got transported over to the new home. This is my family’s favorite appetizer, hands down. Everyone who’s ever tried them loves them. My boys, when they were teens, used to eat the uncut rolls like a burrito! Lol The copy I had also suggested substituting in a drained can of baby shrimp instead of using the bacon. One of these days I need to try that….
