Ingredients: 2 lbs spinach; 2 cups water chestnuts, sliced thin; 4 hard boild eggs, sliced; 1 large red onion, sliced in rings; 8 ounces bean sprouts; 1 cup crouton; 1 cup canola oil; 3/4 cup sugar; 2 teaspoons salt; 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; 2 cloves garlic, crushed; 1/2 cup catsup; 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Salad
2 lbs spinach

1 cup crouton
Dressing
1 cup canola oil
³⁄₄ cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
¹⁄₂ cup catsup
¹⁄₂ cup red wine vinegar

directions

Combine all salad ingredients.
Combine all dressing ingredients.
Add croutons to salad when dressing. Use only amount of dressing needed when tossing salad together.
