  1. Clean and chop the romaine lettuce.
  2. Place in a large bowl (preferably Tupperware with a lid) with shallot, tomatoes, parsley, oregano, basil, salt & pepper.
  3. Add the oil and vinegar, place the lid on bowl, shake vigorously.
  4. If not satisfied with taste add more salt & pepper or more vinegar.
