- 1⁄2 cup apple juice
- 1⁄2 cup oyster sauce
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
directions
- Place all ingredients in a plastic bag and mix.
- Add meat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Wonderful marinade. I left my steak in the marinade for 4 hours. My sirloin came out nice and tender. You can really taste the oyster sauce in this. You don't need any additional sauce. Very tasty. Thanks for posting. :)
